Help, I cannot log in! 

If you are trying the access the ARIS User Portal, please click here to contact us for the password.

If you are trying to access ARIS Online, here are some troubleshooting tips:

1. Does your district have an active ARIS Online subscription?  If you are unsure, contact us or your administrator.  If not, you can still register for our free ARIS User Portal, which does have downloadable versions of our data, assessment, and home communication sheets, and more. You can register here: https://info.stageslearning.com/ARISregister

    

2. Did you not get added to your district's ARIS Online roster? If you have not seen an email from us with your login information, it is likely that your name has not yet been rostered by your district as an ARIS Online user.  We suggest reaching out to your administrator to get added to ARIS Online. You can also contact us and we can help reach out to your administrator as well.
3. Do you need help resetting your password? 

   You can reset your password by following these steps:

   1. Go to https://app.lbo.stageslearning.com/login.
   2. Click on Forgot your password?
   3. Enter your district email address, then click on Send Recovery Email.
   
   

   A password reset link will be sent to your inbox. If you don't see it within a few minutes, try checking your spam or junk folder.
